✨️Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy A $30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book. This must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Each booking allows one reschedule. After that, a new deposit will be required. Same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit and a new deposit must be paid to rebook. Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is given. After 15 minutes, if I have not received a call/text with your updated ETA, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings. No Call/No Shows: No call/no shows will not be rescheduled. Preparation: Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and detangled (unless otherwise instructed for your service). Emergencies: I understand life happens!
